Hotel Shipping Instructions:  Grand Hyatt Denver

SHIPPING/PACKAGE PROCEDURES
In order to ensure that boxes are delivered to the right person on a timely basis, please instruct the deliverer to ship with the following information:

  • Guest Name
  • Return address
  • Name of Group/Meeting associated with
  • Date(s) of Meeting/Stay      
  • Meeting room name
  • Hotel Group contact (Event Planning Manager)
  • Name of person that will claim package
  • Date of package claimer’s arrival
  • It is the Group's responsibility to check on the arrival of any packages and to check to ensure that the contents are intact.  The Grand Hyatt Denver accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods.

Package handling prices for affiliate and exhibitors are as follows (each way):

  • $20.00 per box, includes incoming and outgoing.
  • $450.00 per pallet, includes incoming and outgoing.

Packages that arrive more than 7 days prior to programs first arrival date will be charged an additional $10 for individual packages and $250 per pallet.

Should your group have excessive shipments (in excess of 2 pallets and/or 100 boxes) the hotel may elect to arrange for an outside exposition company to accommodate the handling of your freight. Billing arrangements for these services will be made directly between group and Exposition Company. Hotel retains the right to refuse excess boxes or pallet delivery without prior arrangements.
